Banijay Confirm was suggested acquisition of Beyond International Limited
-Production and sales companies scheduled to participate in global operations in 22 regions-
Paris, 6 OctoBell 2022: Banijay announces today that it has signed a Scheme Implementation Deed (schema) acquires Beyond International Limited (ASX: BYI) (Beyond), scripted and non-scripted multi-territory content groups. Beyond has been listed on the Australian Stock Exchange since 1987, but once the scheme is implemented it will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Banijay and its shares will cease to be publicly traded.
Complementing Banijay’s existing catalog of over 130,000 hours, Beyond Rights will offer over 8,000 hours of IP. Major distribution titles from third-party producers and in-house productions include, but are not limited to: highway to hell, Heavy Rescue: 401, big engineering mistake, Halifax: Retribution, myth busters When deadly woman.
Other recent titles from Beyond Productions, which has a proven track record in the English market, have been announced. back to groove, Hulu’s new dating series produced in partnership with Walt Disney Television Alternatives. multi-territory franchise, like it or list it Australia; an eight-part script series Troppo (Co-produced with EQ Media) Screened on Freevee USA and ABC Australia. And many new series yet to be announced that are in production in many markets.

The acquisition will give Vanijay full control over Beyond International Limited’s corporate group and divisions, with all elements of the business riding into the former’s own production and distribution footprint.
Implementation of the scheme is subject to certain conditions, including Beyond stockholder approval, court approval and other customary closing conditions. From the end of 2022 he is expected to complete his contract in early 2023.
